DJ Squid

DJ Squid is not the average DJ, as she is a 14-year-old, Barrow-based DJ with 9 years of experience, she known for her high energy, dirty sets who isnt afraid to go heavy, and her passion for all kinds of music. Squid plays Drum and bass, and she’s played at many places, including:
-A free party aged 5, the gig that started it all, where she surprised everyone by jumping on the decks after having some practice at home prior.
-Her first festival at age 6
-Barrow Underground Music Society
-Support act for Dutty Moonshine big band twice at the ages of 11 & 14
-Playing alongside Utah Saints and Dutty Moonshine Quartet at the age of 14

And many more in between, but no matter where she is, she always brings the heat and is fueled by good vibes!

As well as DJing, Squid also plays violin, guitar, and piano, but she loves to pick up new things and learn them. She is also learning how to make music and even makes some of her own songs that she plays live, so if you want to hear them, come along!
